                                                                                                    Based on the initial program arises a compact building with a prismatic form,
                                                                                                    which maintains alignments in the Isabel la Católica and Moratín streets, but
                                                                                                    it sets back four meters in Foglietti street. This setback provides higher quality
                                                                                                   and scale to the main acces and at the same time can also bring strength and
                                                                                                    distinction to the building, conditions that the building needs because of the
                                                                                                    poor urban quality of the site. Through this operation we provide something
                                                                                                    very important to the urban environment, we bring empty space, air and
                                                                                                    swelling of the built fabric, conditions that provide new environmental values
                                                                                                   to the zone.

                                                                                                    The building enriches its interior by three cross patios, varying in length in
                                                                                                    different plants and openning to the facades at different points, they get to
                                                                                                    bring together a variety of environmental situations to provide high quality to
                                                                                                    the building spaces and offices, in addition to organizing the program. 

                                                                                                    The basic criterion for the distribution of the building has risen from the
                                                                                                    functional needs of the users, the general public and officials.
