Again we find a simple and conventional single-family program for a house,
with the particularity thet the promoter wants to
have a big space for
storage, as well as a space for meeting friends not
directly conected with
the house. this is a very regular plot between
constructions and it's deep
make necessary the use of patios for ventilate and light the house.
We
propose a longitudinal patio along the entire plot instead of the usual
central patio to avoid the the appearence of
corridors and to multiply the
facades where to light and ventilate the house. In
the different floors are
appearing boxes that crosses the
patio creating terraces and covered areas
that enlarge interior spaces of the house.
