Three cities
embrace: Hendaye, Irún and Hondarribia. Three operations:
1- We bury the asphalt leaving free and unrecognizable this space, we put
in the asphalt place a green and shaded ribbon. The
buildings we make
solves the program and helps us to forma a network
of sub-spaces of
chained squares.
2- We dilute and soften the city-country meeting, we make green the city
and inhabitable the country, hopelessly hybrids .
3- We create a square of interlocking squares, a microcosm of multiplied
possibilities for citizens and pedestrian; have a
cofee, make some
management, chat, read a book in the library, go to
the theater... Little
squares and corners, pergolas and gardens that are
protected in a space
where the car is forbidden, in a square of squares.
