The proposal seeks to capitalize the conditions of the space and the ones of 
                                                                                                    the site, trying to exploit the qualities it has to get a qualified workspace and 
                                                                                                    customer service.

                                                                                                    The aim is a reform that will incorporate a renovated image to the space and 
                                                                                                    that corresponds to program applications thet this entity requires. A space 
                                                                                                    basically transparent, properly lighted and with optimal condictions for work 
                                                                                                    and for the particular relationship this entity requires for it's users.

                                                                                                    We therefore propose to wrap the space with a translucent and transparent 
                                                                                                    glass skin, that allow a sufficient degree of privacy.

                                                                                                    By simple orthogonal geometry embodied in very few elements we solve 
                                                                                                    inside organization. A cross formed by a container and a glass wall, which 
                                                                                                    rotates orthogonally its position in both floors solves the required program. 
                                                                                                    Service areas are in the interior part of the space, regularizing its geometry.
