Single family house in Aigües de Busot

It comes to making a simple family house in a rustic terraced plot with a
steep slope, located in the municipality of
Aigües de Busot.
The building is placed on a current terrace, being
partially buried by the
upper one and cantilevering over the immediately lower. Thus the
construction is intended to cause the least visual impact
possible and
create an interesting quality and entanglement of indoor and outdoor
spaces.
The construction takes place in one floor located forty centimeters above
the level of the terrace in which it sits. It also
has a garage for two vehicles
with a small store for supplies and a small toilet.
A pool with a BBQ area are placed directly on the
lower terrace being
partially under the cantilever.
